To ensure that the transition to Simple Landlords Insurance is as easy as possible; we’ve ensured that your existing policy won’t be effected in any way. So you can rest assured that your rented property or Buy to Let portfolio is still protected against the unexpected.
Over the coming months we’ll work behind the scenes to make sure that you continue to get the same great cover and service that you’ve come to expect from GuardStone. And, when you come to renew, we’ll also offer you a discount to say thank you for renewing with Simple Landlords Insurance.
What about my existing policy?
Your existing GuardStone Landlords Insurance policy is still valid, as are all the terms and conditions within it. In fact, from updating your policy, to making a claim, your experience won’t change one bit.
If you do need to update your policy or make a claim then our Landlords Insurance team are on hand to help. And don’t forget that you’ll still be able to manage your policy online through the GuardStone website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What happens when my policy expires?
When your policy comes up for renewal we’ll contact you 21 days before your expiry date with a reminder.
As part of your renewal we’d like to welcome you over to Simple Landlords Insurance. To make you feel at home your renewed policy will offer the same cover* as your existing GuardStone policy.
To say thank you for staying with us we will also offer you an exclusive renewal discount and access to a range of exclusive offers and discounts to help you with everything from attracting tenants to protecting your rental income.
